SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Spain: 6–13 business days

  • European Union: 6–13 business days

  • United States: 6–13 business days

  • International Orders: 6–13 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Airzly is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Airzly is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Airzly is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and product.
